M&E COORDINATOR

1.Check all M&E drawings for discrepencies with Architectural & Structural drawings and control of M&E drawings on-site. 2.Coordinate, supervise & monitor all M&E subcontractors on-site work & manpower. 3.Conduct M&E coordination meeting with all M&E subcontractors. 4.Ensure installations are carried out according to tender technical specification, drawings & check quality of workmanship. 5.Troubleshooting and resolving M&E-related issues to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality. 6.Preparing detailed reports, drawings, and other technical documentation as required. 7.Strong knowledge of M&E systems, construction coordination, quantity take-off, and project costing. 8.Any other duties assigned by management.
