Key Responsibilities 1. Production Support - Assist the production team in daily bakery production activities. - Prepare and arrange ingredients, materials, trays, packaging, and equipment as instructed. - Assist with basic production tasks such as weighing, portioning, transferring, arranging, and handling bakery products. - Follow instructions from the Production Supervisor and ensure work is completed according to the required procedures. - Support the production team during peak production periods. 2. Packing & Product Handling - Pack bread, cakes, pastries, and other bakery products according to company standards. - Check product quantity, packaging condition, labels, and product appearance before packing. - Arrange finished products properly for delivery or storage. - Handle bakery products carefully to prevent damage or contamination. 3. Cleaning & Hygiene - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the production area, equipment, utensils, trays, racks, and workstations. - Carry out cleaning and sanitation duties according to the factory cleaning schedule. - Ensure waste and unwanted materials are properly disposed of. - Follow food safety, hygiene, and personal cleanliness requirements at all times. 4. Material & Stock Handling - Assist with receiving, moving, arranging, and storing raw materials and packaging materials. - Assist in transferring stock between storage, production, and packing areas. - Ensure materials are handled safely and stored in the correct location. - Report damaged, expired, or insufficient materials to the supervisor. 5. Workplace Safety & Compliance - Follow all company SOPs, food safety requirements, workplace safety rules, and hygiene procedures. - Wear the required uniform and personal protective equipment (PPE). - Maintain proper personal hygiene, including clean hands, short nails, and appropriate hair covering. - Immediately report any safety hazards, damaged equipment, product contamination, or workplace incidents to the supervisor. 6. Other Duties - Assist other departments or team members when required. - Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the supervisor or management. - Maintain good teamwork, discipline, attendance, and punctuality.
