Senior Tender Executive (IT & Telecommunications)

VENTRADE TECHNOLOGY SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Senior Tender Executive based in Kuala Lumpur to independently manage the preparation and submission of technical and financial/commercial tender documents for IT, ICT and telecommunications projects. Key Responsibilities • Review tender documents, specifications, eligibility criteria, mandatory requirements and submission deadlines. • Prepare tender checklists, compliance matrices and submission schedules, and identify missing information early. • Independently compile, organise and complete technical proposals and financial/commercial submissions, including bills of quantities, pricing schedules and supporting documents. • Obtain and coordinate quotations, product documentation and supporting letters from suppliers, principals and subcontractors. • Check costs, pricing calculations and consistency across all tender documents, and highlight assumptions, exclusions and commercial risks for management approval. • Coordinate technical input from engineers and suppliers to ensure proposed products and solutions meet tender requirements. • Manage clarifications, addenda, internal reviews, signatures and final submission, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery. • Maintain tender records and support post-submission clarifications and project handover. Requirements • Diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree or higher is preferred. Relevant hands-on tender experience and the ability to independently deliver complete submissions are essential. • Working proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin for tender-related documentation and communication. • Several years of hands-on tender experience in IT, ICT or telecommunications. • Proven ability to independently prepare complete technical and financial/commercial tender submissions. • Ability to interpret tender requirements, prepare compliance responses, coordinate supplier quotations and work with pricing schedules and bills of quantities. • Strong attention to detail, organisation and deadline management, with the ability to work independently. • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PDF document preparation. Location: Kuala Lumpur Employment: Full-time, on-site Monthly salary: RM5,000–RM12,000, depending on relevant experience and capability.
