Key Responsibilities Client Engagement & Relationship Management • Proactively engage with Chinese corporates to identify business opportunities and position CIMB as their preferred financial partner. • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagements, including meetings, networking events, and roadshows. Solution Delivery & Internal Coordination • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and product partners to develop and deliver tailored financial solutions that meet clients' needs and business objectives. External Stakeholder Liaison • Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including government agencies, industry bodies, and financial institutions, to facilitate client onboarding and support business development initiatives. Marketing & Pitch Preparation • Prepare client pitch materials, presentation decks, proposals, and roadshow content to effectively showcase CIMB's products, services, and value proposition. Lead Management & Execution Support • Track and follow up on business leads, working closely with product teams throughout the solutioning and execution process to ensure seamless delivery and alignment with client requirements. Market Intelligence & Business Development • Stay abreast of Chinese investment trends in Malaysia and across ASEAN to identify opportunities and support strategic business development efforts. Key Requirements • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline. • 3 to 5 years of experience in the banking industry, preferably in Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking, and/or Treasury. • Fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin and English.
