Assistant Manager, GWBCIBC - Wholesale Banking Coverage (Corporate Coverage - MNC) MY

Job Purpose This role serves as the primary coordination point between clients and internal stakeholders to facilitate account onboarding, service requests, account maintenance, and other operational matters. The incumbent works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of solutions and a positive client experience. Key Responsibilities Client Onboarding & Implementation • Coordinate and support end-to-end client onboarding activities, including account opening, documentation fulfilment, and the implementation of banking solutions. Client Servicing & Relationship Support • Serve as a key point of contact for clients on day-to-day service matters and support the team in strengthening client relationships through effective service delivery. Internal Coordination & Operational Support • Coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders and support teams to facilitate client requests and service requirements in a timely manner. Data Management & Client Administration • Ensure proper documentation, data accuracy, and data integrity in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Client Experience & Service Excellence • Identify opportunities to enhance client experience and improve operational efficiency, proactively address service issues, and recommend process improvements. Key Requirements • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline. • 3 to 5 years of experience in the banking industry, preferably in Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking, and/or Treasury.
