Vice President, GBM DCPM - Channel Management

To oversee and optimize the utilization of marketing technology channels to drive strategic goals and to support overall marketing performance. Team Leadership and Management • To lead, mentor and guide the channel team including process flow that comply to regulations, requests / projects relating to group website, marketing platform, platform performance management and analytics. • Ensuring quality assurance and effective documentation. • Standardizing processes and implementing the best practices. Project Oversight • Oversee and coordinate the team’s involvement in various projects, ensuring deliverables are met within established timeline and quality standards. Allocate resources effectively and manage workloads to optimize productivity. Administration & Vendor Management • Working together with VCM on contracts renewal. • Overseeing payments to vendors are a timely manner. • Address audit and compliance queries. • Prepare/ Review internal documents (CIM, MEMO, CRA, WOC, Due Diligience, BIA/BCP, RCSA/CET). Budget & Internal Process Management • Yearly project planning & submission • Yearly budget planning • Budget utilisation update • Develop/ further improve processes based on functions/application • Ensure that all regulatory and compliance documents are submitted within timeline Strategy and Planning • Strategize and align within the team in setting SEO strategies, goals and execution. • Develop and execute a strategy for the utilization and integration of digital technology platforms aligned with business objectives and customer needs. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, IT, Decision Management, Digital Sourcing teams and regional teams to ensure alignment and effective utilization of Martech platforms. • Manage relationships with vendors and stakeholders to drive successful partnership and technological advancements. Compliance and Security • Ensures the new website is complied with regulatory requirements, consistently find ways to optimize existing process to strengthen platform governance. Risk Management • Identify potential risks and issues within projects and proactively develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and address any impediments that may affect project success or delivery timelines.
