Intern for PCNO - Planning & Foreign Embassy

• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards for budget tracking, performance monitoring, and management reporting, transforming data into actionable insights. • Support departmental reporting through the coordination and consolidation of inputs for both inter and intra department perusal. • Assist in departmental planning, budgeting, workplan tracking, and monthly management meetings. • Coordinate internal and external events, stakeholder engagements, and official visits. • Prepare presentations, reports, briefing materials, and stakeholder engagement documentation. • Support the execution of departmental projects and strategic initiatives.
