Internship for Capability Management, TD, GHRM, PETRONAS

Key Responsibilities • Support capability planning and talent development activities through data collection, information consolidation and programme coordination. • Assist in maintaining competency records, capability databases, certification information and workforce development documentation. • Support capability development programmes, workshops, assessments and learning interventions by coordinating logistics, communications and programme materials. • Assist in conducting capability assessments, benchmarking exercises, organisational studies and workforce analytics activities. • Support operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis, process mapping, research and documentation activities. • Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations and management materials to support capability management and workforce development initiatives. • Conduct research on industry best practices, organisational capability frameworks, talent development approaches and workforce trends. • Participate in stakeholder engagements, meetings, workshops and project discussions while supporting the implementation of Capability Management initiatives. • Support governance and documentation activities to ensure capability-related information is maintained accurately and in accordance with established requirements.
