Internship for PTLCL Uni L&C Business Development, PETCO Trading Labuan Company Ltd at Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur

Intern Responsibilities: 1. Fulfill tasks set out by supervisors. 2. Attend meetings and engagements (internal/external stakeholders). 3. Assist in meeting preparation by creating presentations. 4. Prepare documents to hand out to management and clients. 5. Attend meetings, take minutes and responsible for the dissemination. 6. Perform research at a supervisor's requests. 7. Prepare various reports. 8. Assist in various administrative tasks, such as photocopying, printing and organising documents and maintaining files. 9. May post or courier items and track the parcels to make sure the recipient gets them. 10. May also manage departmental databases 11. Assist in general tasks for the Sections/Departments. 12. Involve in Projects involving Sections/Departments. 13. Managing post operations tasks such as invoicing related tasks, administrative demurrage matters.
