Senior Trade Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities: • Plan and execute trade marketing campaigns, product launches and channel activation programs. • Manage roadshows, dealer meetings, conferences, training events and in-store activations. • Coordinate with sales teams, retailers, distributors, agencies and vendors to ensure effective campaign execution. • Develop and manage POSM, merchandising materials, sales tools and promotional assets. • Monitor project timelines, budgets, logistics and operational requirements. • Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable recommendations. • Support vendor sourcing, quotation comparison, purchase order processing and budget tracking. • Conduct market visits and gather customer and channel feedback to improve marketing effectiveness. Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related discipline. • Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in trade marketing or channel marketing. • Strong understanding of retail execution, B2B2C marketing and campaign management. • Excellent project coordination, communication and stakeholder management skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. • Experience in healthcare, optical, medical devices, FMCG or retail industry is an added advantage. • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
