Regional Manager - Sales Enablement

In Malaysia, Bosch is shaping and innovating the industry in all of it’s four business sectors - Mobility Solutions, Industrial Technology, Consumer Goods, and Energy and Building Technology. • Lead change management initiatives, including cultural adoption and mindset shift across the region. • Coordinate and deliver sales training programs, ensuring localization and relevance for country needs. • Enable front-line teams through tailored training, coaching sessions, and practical tool/application. • Drive adoption of new Go to Market(GTM) methodologies, tools, and processes by supporting teams through transitions. • Develop and maintain regional enablement materials, including playbooks, guides, and communication packages. • Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and best-practice exchanges across countries and sales teams. • Monitor enablement effectiveness and collect feedback to continuously improve training formats and content. • Work closely with functional experts to ensure alignment of training with strategic priorities. • Support onboarding of new hires with structured enablement journeys and foundational training. • Strong experience in sales enablement, change management, and commercial capability building. • Proven ability to deliver and localize training for diverse audiences across countries. • Solid understanding of sales & marketing methodologies, tools, and commercial processes. • Skilled in creating structured enablement materials, playbooks, and communication assets. • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills across regional and local teams.
