About the Role We are seeking exceptional AI Mission Engineers to join our AI Mission Engineering Team – a specialized group of opportunity originators who discover, create, and drive AI transformation opportunities from problem identification through to measurable business impact. As an AI Mission Engineer, you won't just implement technology – you'll own the entire journey. You'll work directly with clients to uncover friction in their processes, create compelling business cases, lead proof-of-concepts, and stay engaged through execution to ensure adoption and value realization. You are the single point of contact who translates complex AI possibilities into tangible business outcomes. What Makes a Mission Engineer Mission Engineers are defined by three essential traits that work in concert: the ability to find the real problem (not just the stated symptom), the drive of a change maker with high energy who builds trust and influences through ideas, and the skill of a technology translator who deconstructs complex AI concepts into clear, business-relevant insights. These individuals are hustlers with an entrepreneurial mindset—they work beyond traditional boundaries, demonstrate relentless grit and resourcefulness, and maintain an intense bias for action. They take end-to-end ownership from opportunity origination through value realization, creating burning platforms that drive urgency while serving as the single point of contact throughout the engagement. Mission Engineers question the status quo, zoom in on root causes, build strong relationships across all organizational levels, and filter signal from noise to highlight what truly matters to business leaders. They commit to outcomes, not just outputs—ensuring adoption and measurable impact as a promise to clients.
