Key Responsibilities: • Maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules to support the effective planning and delivery of construction and group projects. • Coordinate inputs from project teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure schedules are accurate, realistic, and aligned with project objectives. • Track progress against key milestones, proactively highlighting variances and recommending corrective actions. • Support the preparation, management, and monitoring of project budgets, including cost forecasting, accruals, and financial reporting. • Produce high‑quality project reports, dashboards, and presentations to support internal governance, decision‑making, and stakeholder communication. • Maintain organised, up‑to‑date project documentation, ensuring compliance with internal standards, audit requirements, and best practice. • Assist in preparing documents for reviews, tender evaluations, change controls, and handover processes. • Facilitate information flow across stakeholder groups, ensuring clarity of requirements, responsibilities, and deadlines.
