SAP Ariba Support - Senior Analyst

Key Responsibilities: • Troubleshoot and resolve SAP Ariba application issues. • Monitor system performance and support business-critical processes. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality and user experience. • Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements. • Document solutions, best practices, and support procedures. • Act as an SAP Ariba subject matter expert and contribute to team success.
