Key Responsibilities • Define functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring they align with the business processes. • Elicit, document, and validate business requirements from clients and stakeholders using your experience of industry, technology and best practices to achieve the best outcomes. • Own and manage the requirements process, ensuring approval, communication, traceability, and re-use. • Lead client workshops, analyse business process decomposition, and design solutions for application and process gaps. • Prototype and configure business processes to align with customer constraints. • Support key-users during user acceptance testing, addressing issues and ensuring the system meets client expectations . Skill and experiences • 6+ Years of experience with Dynamics 365 as a SCM consultant. • Strong understanding of core and extended functionality in Manufacturing • Experience leading workstreams, collaborating tightly with the counterpart at the customer. • Experience managing both internal and external stakeholders as it relates to status and progress on projects. • Strong consulting and client-facing experience from an implementation partner. • Able to learn and adapt to Avanade delivery tools and methodology. • Dynamics 365 SCM certifications are a plus .
