Product Engineer (Mechanical)

Job Description • Support day-to-day manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, yield, quality, and operational efficiency. • Identify, analyze, and resolve manufacturing and process-related issues using structured problem-solving methodologies. • Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing processes, work instructions, tooling, fixtures, and test methods. • Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and support product transfers from development to production. • Collaborate with design engineering teams to ensure products are designed for manufacturability, quality, and reliability. • Support product lifecycle management activities, including cost reductions, process improvements, and component obsolescence management. • Partner with suppliers and procurement teams to address quality, delivery, and material availability issues. • Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, including Bills of Materials (BOMs), routings, process flows, and engineering change documentation. • Utilize manufacturing data and digital tools to drive process improvements and operational excellence. • Support validation, qualification, and risk assessment activities to ensure robust manufacturing processes. • Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, safety, and company standards. Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. • Good communication and project management skills. • Proactively to pick up AI tools and knowledge. • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
