About the Role Responsible for maximising the sales of AIA products and services by selling directly to retail customers through infrastructures such as call centre (i.e. telemarketing) and online platform to meet individual / team quotas and AIA business objectives. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING • Perform telemarketing calls to leads provided by partners to achieve sales target • Understanding the needs of the customers and recommend suitable products to them • Convert leads provided by partner to sales through telemarketing activities • Ensure call activities are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with the Quality standards WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR : • Obtained a minimum of 'O' Level or higher. • Possess 2 - 5 years of prior outbound call centre and/or Telemarketing / Telesales experience within Financial Industry • BCP, PGI, HI Certified (non-mandatory) • Good interpersonal and communication skills Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
