Roles and Responsibilities: • Perform the testing activities. • Research on new technique including automation/performance/cloud testing tool • Support SIT/UAT as user request • Monitor all deliverables are aligned with security, compliance, and design principles through focus on quality • Collaborate with IT and business users • Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements. • Weekly progress report of assigned tasks • Discussion within team on the solution/issue found during the completion of assigned tasks • Build trust with colleagues in design, development and testing team • Understand user requirements and clarify if unclear • Discussion with external counter parties on the solution/issues found during the completion of assigned tasks. Minimum Job Requirements: • Bachelor degree in IT related disciplines • Database experience is a MUST • Knowledge of Software development life cycle (SDLC) • Good understanding of testing process and methodology • Good understanding of insurance business is a plus Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live healthier, longer, better lives.
