Job Description EXECUTIVE, SALES & DISTRIBUTIONS IKHLAS.COM - JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY Airasia.com (IKHLAS) is looking for a creative and team player individual that possess skills that will sell Muslim Lifestyle platforms through Airasia’s various platforms and also outside of office sales activities. Tenure: Full Time Employee Job Title: Executive Responsibilities : • Assisting travel agents to book flights for Umrah, Umrah Plus and other destinations • Review, analyze and recommend strategic plans within the off-line portfolio, ensuring that plans accurately reflect the needs of the Malaysia market. • Execute sales as per the targets and key KPIs for the department to align with overall Commercial plan • Supporting the distribution channel(s) and team(s) with IKHLAS model and interest in priority • Support operations of sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and provide support as needed • Review sales performance and provide support to other point of sales (POS) as needed Your KPIs : • Success in delivering on targets, as well as other strategic KPIs as agreed with the company senior team • Oversee sales plan, target and budget developments for the department including ensure budget adherence to the approved budget • Develop and maintain good relationships with related business partners both internally and externally • Monitor SOPs development and amendment to ensure all SOPs align with business objectives and regulatory requirement • Track operating progress and result against annual plan and KPIs to ensure targets are met; provide supports as needed • Support innovation and continuous improvement including promote best-practice within AirAsia Skills Required : • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, in any field. • At least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. • Meticulous in work effort and a team player to ensure cross departmental collaboration and support. • Good written and oral communication skills • Strong leadership qualities with an ability to interact and liaise with many different management levels in the Organization • Good in team management skills. Work as a leader in providing direction but also collaborate within a larger team setting to further the Commercial goals • Willing to travel as part of work
