Affiliate & Partnership Leadership • Drive the strategic roadmap for the Affiliate Marketing program. • Negotiate commission structures, onboard high-tier networks, and cultivate top-performing partnerships to drive incremental revenue. Team Mentorship & Leadership • Mentor and guide junior digital marketing executives. • Elevate the team's capabilities from basic operational execution to strategic, business-first thinking. Executive Reporting • Present strategic performance reviews, market trends, and competitive analyses to senior management and key stakeholders, framing data around high-level commercial impact.
