SimCorp Dimension Analyst

Job Description: Key Responsibilities • Lead the support, maintenance, and optimization of the SimCorp Dimension (SCD) platform . • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application and batch processing incidents. • Ensure the stability, availability, and performance of production environments. • Monitor system operations and proactively identify opportunities for process improvements. • Provide advanced technical and functional support to business users and stakeholders. • Manage user authorization and access controls in accordance with governance standards. • Coordinate and escalate issues with internal teams and external vendors when required. • Participate in application enhancements, configuration changes, and deployment activities. • Develop and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and test data. • Support system upgrades, patch implementations, and release management activities. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and system reliability. • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for SimCorp Dimension and mentor junior team members where applicable. Required Experience • Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience with SimCorp Dimension. • Proven experience supporting and maintaining enterprise-level SimCorp Dimension environments. • Strong background in application support, incident management, and production operations. • Experience working within investment management, asset management, banking, insurance, or financial services environments . • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues.
