Help us get ahead of disease together with our Site Communications Internship, 2027:
Education required: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university, preferably in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or a related field
Other requirements: Must be enrolled at a SG university for the duration of your internship and doing a full-time credit-bearing internship
Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in English
Internship period : January to June 2027

What will you do?
Ever wondered what it takes to keep hundreds of people informed, engaged and connected at one of Singapore's leading biopharmaceutical manufacturing sites? This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in internal communications and employee engagement.
Internship scope would include:
• Creating content people want to read
• Capturing stories, events and moments across the site
• Developing digital content for screens, emails, intranet and social-style channels
• Help bring exciting employee engagement campaigns and events to life
• Work alongside leaders, technical teams and colleagues from across the business
• Contribute fresh ideas that make communication clearer, simpler and more impactful
• Interviewing employees and writing feature stories
• Designing eye-catching communications materials
• Supporting town halls, site visits and engagement events
• Developing videos, reels or visual content
• Brainstorming creative campaign ideas with the communications team
• Finding new ways to connect employees to the site's purpose and strategy
What will you learn?

• Supporting large-scale employee campaigns and events
• Exposure to one of Singapore's most advanced manufacturing sites
What are we looking for?
• A lively interest in storytelling, creating content and the biopharma industry
• Have a knack for turning complex topics into simple, engaging messages
• Curious, creative and willing to try new ideas
• Enjoy working with people from different backgrounds and functions
• An experience with design, video editing, photography or digital content creation
• Ready to learn, ask questions and make an impact from day one
