[What the role is] Centre for Foundational Studies - Lecturer (Foundational Studies) [What you will be working on] • Facilitate student learning and develop curricula and/or contribute to areas such as: o Social Impact and Community Engagement • Design and deliver engaging lessons and co-curricular activities to enhance learning and foster holistic student development. • Create a positive and well-managed classroom environment that drives positive learning outcomes and supports student success. • Collaborate with module teams to ensure seamless lesson delivery, share best practices, and continuously improve teaching quality. • Provide pastoral care and academic guidance to support students in their educational and career pathways. • Contribute to action research projects to enhance teaching and learning competencies and provide valuable insights to the educational community. • Undertake administrative duties to ensure smooth operations and contribute to the efficiency of the programs at the centre.
