Senior Executive - Finance Department

[What the role is] Responsible for project code setup and budgeting, preparation of financial statements, journals, and payment documentation, including grant drawdowns and internal charges. Conduct annual stocktakes and support operational and financial processes. [What you will be working on] • Manage project code creation and budgeting • Prepare financial statement for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end • Prepare and process journals for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end including grant drawdown and internal charge • Process payment documentation for NETS machine charges • Conduct annual stocktakes to ensure inventory accuracy • Provide other operational and financial processes #LI-Hybrid [What we are looking for] • Accounting and financial reporting knowledge • Experience in journal preparation and period-end closing • Budgeting and project code administration • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial system • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills • Meticulous with good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
