[PUB-PCD] Sr/Procurement Operations Manager, PCD

[What the role is] You will be part of a dynamic Procurement team responsible for day-to-day procurement operations. You will support end-to-end procurement processes and provide operational guidance to stakeholders, while contributing to the automation and optimisation of work processes. [What you will be working on] • Managing daily operational procurement processes, including the creation, updating, and uploading of contract information and vendor records in ACE for all of the Board's contracts. • Providing advice to contract officers to facilitate the creation of contracts upon the award of a tender. • Managing and reviewing procurement systems and processes, and recommending the adoption of best practices. • Providing ACE System support and advice to officers regarding issues with access and contract matters. • Working closely with various internal stakeholders, such as Infocomm, Finance, users, and consultants, to enhance and improve the ACE procurement module. • Serving as Administrator of the Government Electronic Business (GeBIZ) portal for the Board. • Attending to audit queries. [What we are looking for] • Degree holder with or without working experience in Government Procurement. Fresh graduates may be considered. • Familiarity with procurement systems such as SAP and GeBIZ would be an advantage. • Able to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment. • Motivated, organised, meticulous, and possessing strong interpersonal skills. • A good team player with strong communication, writing, and IT skills. Successful candidates will be appointed on a 2-year contract. Contract renewal, extension or emplacement is subject to officer performance, availability of posts and organisational priorities.
