Advanced Technical Investigation & Issue Resolution: • Conduct deep-dive technical investigations and debugging for complex application defects and production incidents, taking direct ownership of resolution. • Perform direct analysis of code, system logs, data flows, and observability tools (e.g., for logging, metrics, and tracing) to accurately identify root causes. • Design, develop, and implement robust, preventative fixes and patches to ensure system stability and improve overall system resilience and performance. Quality Assurance & Technical Review: • Actively participate in peer code reviews, providing constructive feedback to enforce coding standards, improve performance, and ensure adherence to security guidelines and architectural principles. • Collaborate closely with QA teams and business users to prepare comprehensive test scenarios, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validate the high quality and fitness-for-purpose of delivered solutions.
