Job Description About The Department UOB Innovation Hub 2 (InnoHub2) is a UOB-wholly owned subsidiary and a Centre of Excellence based in Malaysia, providing Group Business Services (GBS) to support the UOB Group. Started in 2021 with technology application design, development and support, InnoHub2 is expanding beyond technology services to deliver other business services to support the Bank’s growth ambition. We are looking for talented and motivated individuals to be part of the pioneer team spearheading the development and delivery of the new services. Role's Summary Work as Datamart developer position under the Treasury team to support the bank’s treasury division for the business with Commodities, Credit Derivatives, FX Derivatives, Interest Rate Derivatives, FX, Money Markets & Fixed Income products in Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, China and its overseas branches across the globe. Perform day-to-day activities that are part of L3, QR or project in the datamart Murex module. Also working closely with various leads & internal technology teams as well as the vendor. This role will be based in Malaysia.The ideal candidate should be a Senior analyst with datamart skills and experience in trading/Risk system support/development. What you are expected to do ( Responsibilities ) • Sound understanding of datamart module: datamart design, Optimization, Downstream • and interface reporting work experience, regulatory reporting experience. Should have • worked on migration projects and enhancements. Good understanding of liquation, • simulation based and accounting based reports. • 5-8 years’ experience in the module. • Have development, migration & bug fix experience • Good SQL. Unix & Control M experience • Oracle or Sybase DB work experience • Enough years of experience in the latest version • Understanding of products in Murex What qualifies you for the role ( Requirements ) • Strong Murex skills (Datamart) • Good business domain knowledge in Global Markets and Group Risk • 6-9 years track record in developing and delivering global/regional IT capabilities for a multi-national/regional company with annual budgetary responsibility • Experience in communicating with functional and technical stakeholders • Experience in banking industry preferred • Experience in service-oriented technologies • Good understanding and experience in software development cycle • Highly effective communicating with technical stakeholders, proficient communicating with non-technical stakeholders • Good problem solving, analytical, synthesis, system thinking and solutioning skills Additional Requirements Be a Part of the UOB Family UOB is an equal opportunity employer.
