Job Description • Managing assigned accounts/relationships, ensuring all credit facilities are fully utilized. • Monitoring the performance of each account, identifying areas where improvements can be made and implementing measures to enhance profitability. • Cross selling other bank’s products such as investment banking, treasury and insurance. • Growing existing customers’ relationship by providing them with quality banking services and attending to their needs promptly. • Responding quickly to customer queries and resolving any issues in a timely manner. • Building strong relationships with key decision makers within each account to understand their needs and preferences. • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies when managing accounts. • Preparing regular reports to track progress and identify potential risks or opportunities. • Keeping abreast of market developments and trends to better serve customers. Job Requirements: • Degree holder in Finance / Business Administration / Economics / Accountancy or equivalent. • Minimum 5 years working experience in banking, preferably in corporate or commercial banking. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build long term relationships. • Ability to think creatively and outside the box. • Experience in dealing with senior management level executives. • Confident, articulate and able to work under pressure. • Proven track record of success in sales and business development. • Good knowledge of financial markets and products. • Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
