Operations Executive (Doors and Gates)

The Operations Executive is responsible for the planning, organizing, and directing, managing and evaluation of the daily operations in PRISM+. He/She also works with internal and external teams to ensure daily operations such as planning, execution, and reporting of deliveries and fleet operations. Responsibilities: • Supervising and managing daily delivery fleet operations and drivers • Assist with day-day logistics and warehousing activities • Plan and allocate of manpower for daily deliveries • Evaluating and reporting on delivery metrics and performance • Develop strategies for efficient delivery workflow • Coordination and communication with delivery drivers • Planning and routing of daily delivery routes • Maintenance of driver data including leaves, working hours, and vehicle operability • Daily and monthly reporting of delivery performance and KPIs • Inventory management and replenishment of equipment and tools for daily deliveries • Vehicle matters including insurance/servicing/repairs and replacement of parts • Ad-hoc duties including onsite set up, providing of training to new drivers, interviewing of candidates and office maintenance and cleanliness • Experience in supervising of delivery fleet and drivers • Operational experience and management • At least 1 year of experience in ceiling fan operations is required • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and tech savvy • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment • Ability to multitask and manage daily operations • Annual outpatient benefit (Includes dental and optical benefits) • Birthday leave • Health insurance • Performance bonus
