Commercial & Deal Structuring • Lead proposal development, scope definition, and pricing strategy to ensure models are profitable and scalable. • Negotiate MSAs, SOWs, and fee structures while protecting margins and maintaining competitiveness. • Oversee budget planning and fiscal management processes with a focus on driving results. • Interpret market intelligence and data to improve conversion rates and targeting methods.
