By creating an account and using AJOS ("the platform", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
These Terms are between you and the platform administrator, who can be reached at support@ajos.online (or aminmod06@gmail.com). Section 12 covers governing law and how to raise a question or complaint.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform, and you confirm that you meet this requirement when you register. The platform operates on a limited-seat community model capped at 50 registered accounts. Once the cap is reached, new registrations pause and prospective users may join a waitlist to be admitted as places free up.
You may sign in with email/password or Google. Email accounts must be verified before access is granted, and bot prevention via Cloudflare Turnstile is enforced. You must not:
The platform retrieves publicly available job listings and business contact details, and can draft outreach messages. You are responsible for how you use what it returns.

There are no daily limits. Spend your allowance whenever you like, all at once or spread across the month. Quotas reset on a rolling 30-day basis from your account creation date, unused quota does not carry over, and quotas may be adjusted to keep the service available to everyone.
A company search returns as many companies as the directory provides, and counts as one search regardless of how many come back. Loading a further page of results counts as another search, because each page is a fresh lookup. Results served from the shared cache count too, so the counter always reflects what you asked for.
Company search draws on a shared pool of directory lookups, sized to keep the platform free to use. Each initial search retrieves up to one page of results, with subsequent pages available on demand. You are never blocked by other people's usage: the only thing that stops a company search is your own allowance above, apart from a temporary service outage (see Availability below).
Job listings and company information are retrieved dynamically from third-party sources: Google Places for company directory data, and public job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, JobStreet, RemoteOK, We Work Remotely, Arbeitnow, and Jobicy) for listings. We do not control those sources and cannot guarantee the availability, accuracy, completeness, or currency of anything retrieved. Listings may be filled or withdrawn at any time, and your use of a third-party site is governed by that site's own terms.
We may suspend or permanently delete accounts that violate these Terms, abuse quotas, or engage in malicious activity, without prior notice. Sessions inactive for 5 consecutive days require re-authentication. You may delete your own account and data directly in your Profile settings at any time, or request deletion from the platform administrator (see the Privacy Policy).
Job search depends on a separately hosted scraping service. That service may be unavailable, rate-limited, or blocked by the sites it reads from, and search results may be incomplete or empty as a result. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any feature.
AJOS is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uptime, the accuracy of retrieved data, employment offers, or lead conversion rates.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AJOS and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, from reliance on third-party job or company data, or from messages you choose to send using contact details the platform retrieved.
We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Material changes are reflected in the "last updated" date above, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree with a change, stop using the platform and request account deletion.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. For any question about these Terms, contact the platform administrator at support@ajos.online (or aminmod06@gmail.com).
