We are looking for a Legal Operations Executive to keep our legal team running smoothly — contracts, vendor spend, billing, and the systems behind them. You’ll get broad exposure to how a global in-house legal function runs across time zones. The role reports to the Head of Legal Operations.   Responsibilities: • Contracts . Issue contracts for signature, record their metadata in our contract system, and retrieve contracts for the legal team and stakeholders across the business. • Budget and billing . Process payment requests, check invoices against our billing guidelines, maintain budget records, and monitor budget usage to support forecasting. • Vendors . Support vendor onboarding, renewals and rate-card administration. • Systems . Act as the day-to-day point of contact for our matter management and e-signature platforms, and help colleagues get more out of them. • Onboarding . Help new joiners get set up on the team's systems. Requirements: • Experience in legal operations, contract or vendor management, or financial administration. • Comfortable handling high volumes of payment requests and documentation without losing accuracy. • Confident working with large datasets and spreadsheets. • Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage. • Sound judgement with confidential material. • Able to work independently and raise problems early. Nice to have: • Experience with contract management, e-signature or e-billing platforms. • Experience improving a process, not only running it. • Familiarity with low-code or scripting tools for automation. • A second language. • Experience in a regulated industry, ideally fintech or crypto.
