Head of Sales APAC

A regional commercial leadership position responsible for driving commercial growth across the Asia-Pacific region The role will involve developing and implementing the regional sales strategy, building and leading high-performing teams, and cultivating strong, long-term relationships with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders • Achieve sales targets through strategic planning and execution. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, adjusting strategies to local market conditions and customer needs. • Manage client onboarding and ensure projects are set up effectively. • Understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly. • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to deliver integrated solutions. • Develop and implement market entry plans to grow the company’s presence. • Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitors, and new opportunities. • Oversee sales operations including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting. • Represent the company at meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
