We are looking for someone who is proactive, relationship-driven and comfortable with fundraising, with the ability to turn conversations and engagement opportunities into meaningful, long-term support for CAL. The successful candidate should be comfortable both opening doors and building relationships — from approaching a new corporate prospect and preparing a funding proposal, to following up on an opportunity and stewarding an existing donor.
