Procurement Executive – M&E / Aircon & Ducting

Responsibilities • Source and purchase mechanical & electrical (M&E), air conditioning, and ducting materials to meet project requirements • Obtain and compare quotations from multiple suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality • Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to optimize procurement outcomes • Coordinate effectively with suppliers and subcontractors to manage order fulfillment and resolve issues • Prepare and process purchase orders (PO), delivery orders (DO), and invoices accurately and timely • Follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery and address any delays or discrepancies • Maintain detailed procurement records and documentation using Excel for tracking and reporting • Collaborate with project/site teams and accounts departments to align procurement activities with project needs and financial controls • Use Excel to organize procurement data and communicate procurement status via email • Communicate clearly in English to liaise with suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders
