SALES Manager/ACMV

• Develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing customers. • Promote and sell ACMV/HVAC systems, equipment, and related engineering solutions. • Identify potential clients, contractors, consultants, developers, and project opportunities. • Prepare quotations, proposals, tenders, and commercial submissions. • Study project specifications, drawings, and ACMV requirements to recommend suitable solutions. • Liaise with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients. • Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and project requirements. • Follow up on sales enquiries, tenders, and quotations through to order confirmation. • Monitor sales targets, revenue, margins, and project profitability. • Coordinate with the engineering and project teams to ensure smooth project execution. • Attend site meetings and resolve commercial or technical issues when required. • Monitor project progress, variations, claims, and additional works. • Develop long-term relationships with key accounts and identify opportunities for repeat business. • Lead and support the sales team where applicable.
