Assistant Contract Manager (A1 MainCon)

Our client is an Singapore company in the Construction industry . Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for an Assistant Contract Manager to join their Contract team , in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in Town – easily accessible via various modes of transport. Job Description: • Lead the Quantity Surveying (QS) team in contract administration, tender preparation and cost management to meet project requirements. • Develop, implement and monitor project cost plans, budgets and cost control measures. • Review quantity take-offs for accuracy, completeness and timely completion. • Manage the tender process, including tender analysis, evaluation and recommendations. • Oversee bid proposals by coordinating resources, gathering key information and preparing final submission documents. • Manage claims, variation orders and final account settlements. • Support industry leaders in delivering business plans, developing client proposals and raising the company’s profile. • Build relationships with subject matter experts across the group to support project bids. • Identify new client opportunities within assigned industry sectors to help achieve revenue targets. • Gather and share market and client insights with relevant account teams. • Perform other duties as assigned.
