Business Development Manager

Pay: S$4,000–S$5,000 per month + commissions and incentives We’re looking for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships and growing their network. Whether your background is in customer service, sales, marketing, events, hospitality, recruitment or another people-facing role, we’re open to candidates who are confident communicating with others and keen to develop their business skills. You’ll gain hands-on experience in client engagement, outreach, networking and relationship building, with structured training and mentorship provided. What you’ll do - Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients - Meet and engage with new people through referrals, networking and outreach - Understand clients’ needs and provide appropriate solutions - Follow up on leads and potential opportunities - Support client engagement, events and outreach activities - Contribute to business growth and relationship-building initiatives What we’re looking for - Local Diploma or Degree holders - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Comfortable meeting and engaging with new people - Self-motivated, proactive and goal-oriented - Willing to learn and step outside your comfort zone - Open to candidates with little or no prior business development experience; structured training and mentorship will be provided - Fresh graduates are welcome What we offer - Structured training and mentorship - Performance-based commissions and incentives - Career progression opportunities - Exposure to different products, services and client solutions - Supportive team environment Work Location: In person and remotely
