Sales and Marketing Executive

Pay: S$4,000–S$5,000 per month + commissions and incentives We’re looking for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships and working towards clear goals. This role involves client engagement, outreach, lead generation and marketing activities that support business growth. You’ll learn how to connect with potential clients, understand their needs, follow up on opportunities and build long-term relationships. What you’ll do • Reach out to and engage potential clients • Build and maintain client relationships • Generate and follow up on leads and enquiries • Take part in networking, events and outreach activities • Support promotional and lead-generation campaigns • Understand clients’ needs and provide appropriate solutions • Follow up with clients and maintain ongoing relationships • Contribute to sales and business growth initiatives What we’re looking for • Strong interest in sales and client-facing work • Comfortable approaching and communicating with new people • Patient, persistent and willing to follow up on opportunities • Self-motivated and goal-oriented • Open to feedback and willing to learn • Comfortable working towards performance targets • Open to candidates with little or no prior sales and marketing experience • Structured training and mentorship will be provided • Fresh graduates are welcome What we offer • Structured training and mentorship • Performance-based commissions and incentives • Career progression opportunities • Exposure to different products, services and client solutions • Supportive team environment Work Location: In person and remotely
