Customer Service / Admin Executive (Education & Preschool) - 5 days, Full Time

Summary: • Salary: $2,500 – $3,200 • Working Days: 5 days, 44 Hours/week (Includes Weekends) • Working Hours: Office hours / Shift-based depending on centre • Industry: Education / Enrichment & Preschool • Yearly increment & Bonus Job Responsibilities: • Attend to parents' enquiries and provide information on courses, enrolment and registration. • Handle student registration, enrolment and related administrative matters. • Maintain and update student, enquiry and enrolment records. • Follow up with parents and centres on outstanding enquiries and registrations. • Prepare reports and maintain accurate records and trackers. • Liaise with teachers, parents and internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations. • Assist with general administrative duties and school events when required. Job Requirements: • GCE O-Level, Diploma or equivalent. • Relevant customer service or administrative experience preferred. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. • Organised, meticulous and able to handle multiple tasks. • Education, preschool or enrolment experience is an advantage .
