STALL ASSISTANT

Stall Assistant Job Responsibilities • Take customer orders and handle cashier duties • Prepare and serve food according to company standards • Pack takeaway and delivery orders accurately • Assist with basic food preparation • Replenish ingredients, packaging and other supplies • Check and maintain stock levels • Provide friendly and efficient customer service • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the stall at all times • Clean tables, counters and food preparation areas • Wash dishes, cooking utensils and equipment • Sweep and mop floors • Dispose of rubbish and maintain the waste disposal area • Clean and sanitise kitchen equipment and workstations • Perform opening and closing cleaning duties • Follow food hygiene and safety requirements • Carry out other duties assigned by the supervisor Requirements • Candidates must be currently eligible to work in Singapore • F&B experience is an advantage but not compulsory • Training will be provided • Responsible, punctual and willing to learn • Able to work independently and as part of a team • Able to work weekends and public holidays according to roster
