Supply Chain Management Executive Location: Sembawang Working Hours: 8am - 5pm (Mon to Fri) Salary: SGD 2,800 – 4,500 Benefits: AWS, Performance Bonus Job Description We are seeking a proactive Supply Chain Management Executive to oversee purchasing, warehousing, and logistics operations while ensuring efficient processes and high customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities • Plan, organise, and manage purchasing, warehousing, and transportation functions • Lead a team to ensure smooth daily operations and timely customer deliveries • Oversee MRP fulfilment, stock replenishment, procurement, and order management • Manage supplier contracts and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) programs • Supervise third-party logistics providers and warehouse operations • Handle customer audits and resolve logistics or purchasing-related complaints • Coordinate logistics equipment maintenance and facility improvements • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, productivity, and cost efficiency Requirements • Degree in Purchasing, Logistics, Materials Management, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related field • Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing/logistics within a manufacturing environment • At least 2 years of supervisory experience preferred • Knowledge of ISO9000, IATF16949, ISO14001, and ISO45001 standards is an advantage • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., MCframe) and Kaizen practices is a plus • Experience managing and auditing third-party logistics providers preferred • Strong analytical, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills • Independent, reliable team player with good communication and interpersonal abilities Company Name: Talent Recruitment Pte Ltd EA License No: 24C2338 EA Personnel Name: Loke Sai Lye (Loke) EA Personnel No: R24123366 Email: loke.dexter@talentrecruitmentsg.com Contact Number: 8168 8648
