MNC: Structured Trade Finance Manager (Commodities Trading)

THE COMPANY This firm has a highly recognized brand name and is expanding. Currently, they seek for a Structured Trade Finance (STF) Manager to be part of their STF team. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Deal with new/existing structured trade financing (ECA financing, Borrowing base facilities, Inventory and receivables financing, Term Loan, Prepayments etc) • Handle trade financing set up with banks (Structuring, negotiating and execution) • Prepare/negotiate documentation for facility agreements, term sheets and security documentation • Work with Bankers, legal, compliance, credit department etc. • Take note/manage existing facility administration, drawdowns, deal covenants • Any other adhoc duties JOB REQUIREMENTS • Degree in Business Studies/Finance/Banking/Economics/Commerce or any other relevant education • Minimum 6 years of experience in Structured Trade Finance from Commodities Trading and/or Banking • Independent, motivated, highly analytical, and has good interpersonal and communication skills If you would like to explore this opportunity, please email your resume in Microsoft Word format to marie@resolutehunter.com We thank you for your interest and will contact shortlisted candidates for more detailed discussion.
