About the role HR & General Affairs Senior Officer / Officer role partnering with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop effective hiring strategies, while supporting broader HR and administrative functions. Key responsibilities • Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop effective hiring strategies • Prepare recruitment materials and advertise vacancies through appropriate job portals, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels • Screen and evaluate resumes and job applications to identify suitable candidates • Coordinate and arrange interviews with hiring managers and candidates • Prepare and administer employment offers and related documentation • Negotiate employment terms and job offers where appropriate • Prepare employment contracts and ensure timely execution of contract documentation • Process and manage work pass applications and renewals for foreign employees • Coordinate and support employee onboarding activities to ensure a smooth integration into the Company • Manage the Company's centralized procurement activities, including sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, negotiating pricing, and ensuring purchases remain within budgetary requirements About you • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline • Familiar with Singapore work pass application and renewal processes • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees and external parties • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
