Performance Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a hands-on marketer to manage our paid acquisition channels, specifically across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). You will take ownership of campaign setup, ongoing optimization, and performance tracking. We provide all the raw creative assets—your job is to tweak, resize, and adapt them to fit various ad formats, A/B test them, and deploy them across the right audiences to maximize our return on ad spend (ROAS). Key Responsibilities • Campaign Management: End-to-end setup, execution, and optimization of Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) and Meta Ads campaigns. • Asset Adaptation: Take ownership of our in-house visual assets and seamlessly tweak, resize, or reformat them to align with specific campaign objectives, platform dimensions, and ad sets. • Optimization & A/B Testing: Continuously test ad copy, creatives, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to lower Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and improve lead quality. • Performance Tracking: Monitor daily ad spend and performance metrics, providing regular reports on key KPIs and actionable insights for improvement. • Audience Targeting: Refine audience segments to target specific demographics, such as B2B hospitality clients or existing condominium homeowners looking for non-invasive smart switch retrofits that require no wall hacking. Requirements • Proven experience managing performance marketing campaigns on both Google Ads and Meta Ads. • Familiarity with basic graphic design or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) to tweak and reformat existing creative assets. • Strong understanding of campaign metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS) and how to optimize them. • Ability to work independently, manage ad budgets efficiently, and deliver results in a fully remote environment. • Experience in the smart home, interior design, or real estate sectors is a plus but not required. Why Join Us? • 100% Remote: Work entirely from home with flexible hours, provided campaign objectives are met. • Creative Support: No need to build creatives from scratch—we provide the core assets for you to adapt. • Growing Industry: Be part of a dynamic and rapidly expanding smart home market in Singapore.
