WSH Coordinator

Benefits: • 0–20% Performance-Based Bonus (PRP) per month • 2% Medical Allowance per month • Annual Salary Increment Job Responsibilities • Assist in implementing and maintaining workplace safety and health (WSH) policies and procedures at project sites. • Conduct regular site inspections and safety checks to identify potential hazards and unsafe practices. • Follow up on safety observations, corrective actions and improvement measures. • Assist in preparing and maintaining WSH-related documentation, records and reports. • Conduct safety briefings, toolbox meetings and site inductions for workers and site personnel. • Monitor workers’ compliance with safety requirements, PPE and safe work practices. • Assist in incident reporting, investigation and follow-up where required. • Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors and relevant parties on WSH matters. • Support risk assessments, Safe Work Procedures (SWPs) and other safety-related activities. • Ensure site activities comply with company policies and applicable WSH requirements. Requirements • Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health, Engineering, Construction or a related field. • Relevant WSH certification, such as WSQ Advanced Certificate in WSH (Level B) or equivalent. • At least 2 years of relevant WSH / construction site experience. • Experience in Singapore construction projects will be an advantage. • Good knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations and site safety practices. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with site teams and subcontractors.
