Job Summary You will sort and pack international test booklets by language and instrument type, verify forms against booklets, perform accurate data entry using Microsoft Office, and organize materials to support packing activities. Responsibilities • Sort and pack international test booklets accurately by language and instrument type to ensure correct distribution • Verify submitted forms against the number of booklets to maintain accuracy and completeness • Perform precise data entry using Microsoft Excel and Word to record packing details and inventory • Organize, sort, and move materials systematically to support efficient packing operations • Handle manual tasks including moving bulky materials safely as part of packing activities Required competencies and certifications • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word to perform data entry and documentation tasks • Ability to maintain high attention to detail and accuracy in sorting, verifying, and data entry • Capability to organize and sort large volumes of materials systematically • Comfortable performing the manual handling tasks required for the role, including moving bulky materials.
