Name of Authority: Teck Ghee Primary School Contract Period: 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027. Option to extend from 1 January to 31 December 2028. Personnel to be deployed at the following hours: * January to November: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 7:30am to 3:00pm; Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7:30am to 5:00pm. Each day includes a one-hour lunch break. * December: one three-hour session per week, up to four sessions per month. These hours are estimates; actual deployment will be confirmed. * Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays. Requirements: * At least GCE N-Level or equivalent qualification with a Science-related subject. * Preferably two years of relevant administration and operations experience, especially supporting Science activities in a school. * Good organisation, teamwork and multitasking skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and skills in taking photographs and videos. Job Scopes: The Services required are set out as follows: 1. Prepare materials and apparatus for Science lessons. 2. Manage, operate and maintain Science laboratories and outdoor facilities. 3. Carry out stocktaking of Science resources. 4. Curate students' artefacts for teachers' reflection. 5. Perform other duties assigned by the school.
