Quantity Surveyor - Interior Design

Job description • Prepare quotations, cost estimates and tender submissions. • Perform quantity take-off based on drawings. • Source and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. • Prepare and manage purchase orders (PO). • Prepare progress claims, variation orders (VO) and final accounts. • Monitor project costs and ensure projects are within budget. • Coordinate with designers, project managers, suppliers and subcontractors. • Review drawings, specifications and contract documents. • Attend site meetings and site measurements when required. • Maintain project cost records and documentation. • Assist in procurement of materials and subcontractor coordination. • Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
