SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR CUM DRAFTER

Job Description: • Must be able to draw autocad shop drawings • Prepare and analyze cost comparison • Analyze project specifications, quantify materials and resources required, and prepare detailed cost estimates. • Analyze construction plans and specifications to determine material quantities and costs • Develop budgets, considering factors such as labor, materials, equipment, and contingencies • Obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers • Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off • Prepare Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, settlement and sub-contractor payments • Prepare tendering works for submission • Prepare, negotiate, and manage contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors • Mitigate risks and resolve disputes during the project. • Able to supervise and lead two / three QS cum Drafter • All other QS related job Job Requirements: • Degree / Diploma in Building or its equivalent • 4 years as autocad drafter is an advantage • Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, a good team player & able to meet tight deadlines • Having a good communication and negotiation skills with attention to details character • Having a good project management abilities
